Building a Brighter Future Together: Trails of West Frisco HOA Board Election 2025
The Trails of West Frisco stands at an exciting crossroads. With your vote, we have a unique opportunity to build a vibrant, unified, and financially responsible community. Choose the right leadership to preserve the charm that makes our neighborhood special.
Time for Positive Change in Our Community
1
Current Challenges
Our current Board has unfortunately fallen short, overspending valuable community resources on unnecessary attorney fees while imposing excessive fines for minor, common-sense matters.
2
Lack of Transparency
There has been a troubling lack of transparency (such as removing communication tools) and poor communication with homeowners, leaving many feeling disconnected from important community decisions.
3
Clear Path Forward
With new leadership focused on homeowner engagement, responsible financial management, and transparent communication, we can build the thriving community we all deserve.
Meet David Wilson: Experienced Leadership for Our Community
I have been a homeowner in The Trails for 20 years now. I have lived in Texas for 30 years, and despite being a Yankee via California, Texas is home. I am transitioning from a heavy internationally focused career to retirement (still with the travel!). I would like to get back to basics. I want to make an impact where I can and be involved in more than just Frequent Flyer Programs. It's time to give back for the better.
